There are certain pieces of gear in Diablo 4 that can completely perfect a build. Whether it’s a specific weapon, Aspect, or gear, players will want to acquire whatever will make their build better as soon as possible. For Druids, one of the best gear pieces you can acquire is the Tempest Roar helm, which is exclusive to the Druid class in Diablo 4.

The Tempest Roar is a unique helm that comes with a legendary Aspect and specific affixes. The Aspect has the following effect: “Lucky Hit: Storm Skills have up to a [15 – 25%] chance to grant 4 Spirit. Your base Storm Skills are now also Werewolf Skills.” The Tempest Roar is also one of the most unique-looking helms in all of Diablo 4, so that also plays a factor in its popularity.

If players want to equip the Tempest Roar in Diablo 4, they can check out my full guide below.

Getting the Tempest Roar in Diablo 4

Similar to how most unique items are looted in Sanctuary, the Tempest Roar is found by random luck. You can’t find it by completing a specific quest or dungeon, so you will have to rely on chance and hope that an enemy or chest drops it.

Moreover, you need to be playing on World Tier 3 or 4 for the Tempest Roar to be included in your loot pool. This means you need to beat the main story of Diablo 4 and complete the first Capstone Dungeon to access World Tier 3. Obviously, playing on World Tier 4 will yield the best results, as the loot on this difficulty level has a better chance to be rare.

Of course, this also means you need to reach roughly level 70, which takes quite a long time. However, it might be worth it to equip the Tempest Roar helm and access some of the best base affixes for a Druid. I’m personally still working on finding the helm myself, so if you haven’t gotten it yet, you’re not alone.
