How to play as Harry Potter in Hogwarts Legacy – Character Build Guide

There are few other wizards that are more famous than Harry Potter. “The boy who lived” is the centerpiece of an entire franchise, and Hogwarts Legacy would not exist today without him. As such, players have been interested in recreating the famous wizard in the new Wizarding World game. While players can easily create Harry Potter in the character creator of Hogwarts Legacy, we have taken it a step further and created an entire build guide for the former Gryffindor student.

This build guide will give players the exact choices they need to select in the character creator and go over which spells they should have in their main profile. All of this together will allow players to closely resemble what Harry Potter’s life was like during his time at Hogwarts, minus the threat of Voldemort around every turn.

Harry Potter build guide in Hogwarts Legacy

First and foremost, you need to make Harry Potter in the character creator. While your creation won’t look exactly like Harry, it will come as close as possible. Below, you can see the options you need to select to make Harry Potter as your character.

• Face shape: Option 3
• Skin Color: All the way to the left
• Glasses: Option 1
• Hair Color: Option 4
• Hairstyle: Option 43
• Complexion: All the way to the left
• Freckles and Moles: All the way to the left
• Scars and Markings: Option 9
• Eye Color: Option 12
• Eyebrow Color: All the way to the left
• Eyebrow Shape: Option 2
• Voice: Male
• Pitch: In the middle of the slider (neutral)

All of these options together will make a character that closely resembles that of Daniel Radcliffe, who played Harry Potter in the movies. The book version of Harry is slightly different, but this version is what most players associate Harry Potter’s appearance with.

Moving on, we have the spells that Harry Potter would use in Hogwarts Legacy. These four spells should go into your first spell profile, as they will be the ones you use the most as Harry.

• Incendio
• Expelliarmus
• Disillusionment

These four spells are ones that Harry used in the books and movies quite frequently. Well, with the exception of Disillusionment, as he had the Invisibility Cloak for his stealth needs, but this spell comes closest to replicating that.
