Getting the Mirror Shield in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Instead of a long-winded quest or going through a dungeon, all you need to do to get the Mirror Shield is make use of the Link’s Fuse ability. That’s right, the Mirror Shield is a Fused item in Tears of the Kingdom, meaning pretty much any player can acquire the shield if they spend a few minutes getting the correct parts.

To make the shield, all you will need is a Zonai Mirror and a regular Shield. The Zonai Mirror is extremely easy to find, as they are found all over the ground of Shrines. You can also use Zonai Device Dispensers to produce Zonai Mirrors. Be careful, though, as not all dispensers have Zonai Mirrors available.

Once you have your Zonai Mirror and a regular Shield, you can Fuse them together to create the Mirror Shield. This shield has a base defense stat of 50 and is capable of deflecting magical attacks and redirecting light to harm enemies. You can also deflect the attacks right back at enemies with a well-timed parry, so the Mirror Shield will certainly have its uses in Tears of the Kingdom.

You can keep on creating Mirror Shields if one breaks, so make sure you always keep a Zonai Mirror in your inventory.
