The Necromancer class in Diablo 4 is all about raising the dead and having minions fight your battles for you. However, the class can also spawn some other forms of undead creatures that will deal damage to enemies. The Decompose skill, for example, spawns Corpses that can be used after dealing damage to an enemy. If players are making use of this skill for their Necromancer build in Diablo 4, then they will absolutely want to find and equip the Flesh Rending Aspect.
The Flesh Rending Aspect is only equippable on Rings and has the following effect: “After Decompose spawns a Corpse, gain [20-40] Essence.” As there are not many Aspects that boost the power of the Decompose skill, players using it can benefit greatly from equipping this onto one of their Rings. Below, I will explain exactly how you can acquire the Flesh Rending Aspect in Diablo 4.
Getting the Flesh Rending Aspect in Diablo 4
There are two ways to go about adding the Flesh Rending Aspect to your account. The first and easiest way of doing so is to complete the Nostrava Deepwood dungeon in the region of Fractured Peaks. Completing this dungeon will reward you with the Flesh Rending Aspect and add it to your Codex of Power, where you can imprint it onto a Ring at The Occultist. Nostrava Deepwood is located directly north of the Nostrava Waypoint/Stronghold and southwest of Menestad.

If you want a secondary Flesh Rending Aspect, then you will have to get lucky and find it on a random Legendary Ring in Diablo 4. If you happen to find a Ring with the Aspect already on it, you can either use that Ring on your build or bring it to The Occultist and extract the Aspect, which will destroy the Ring. From there, the Aspect will be available for a one-time use in your inventory. You can imprint it onto another Ring by clicking the “Aspect from Inventory” box at The Occultist.
And that’s everything you need to know about acquiring the Flesh Rending Aspect in Diablo 4.
