The unique items that can be equipped by any class are somewhat less prioritized by the player base in Diablo 4, as they don’t have specific effects and affixes for a certain class. However, there are some unique items in Diablo 4, such as Temerity, that are still highly sought after.
Temerity is a unique pair of pants that has no class restrictions. It comes with five core affixes and a Legendary Aspect pre-equipped. The affixes you receive on Temerity are potion usage increases movement speed, extra potion charges and drop rate, and a lucky hit for a chance to heal plus added healing. The Legendary Aspect on Temerity has the following effect: “Effects that Heal you beyond 100% Life grant you a Barrier up to [40 – 80%] of your Maximum Life that lasts for 8 seconds.”
Obviously, if you’re partial to healing and potion usage in Diablo 4, this unique item is going to be a mainstay on your character. However, you first need to know how to loot Temerity before you can think about equipping it.
Getting Temerity in Diablo 4
If you have been hunting other unique items in Diablo 4, then you will likely know exactly how to loot Temerity. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee a drop for this unique pair of pants, as it’s a random drop from killing enemies and opening chests.

I find that completing Nightmare Dungeons has been the best way to farm unique drops but also opening caches after exchanging Grim Favors at the Tree of Whispers has proved fruitful as well. You can also run through Helltide events for an increased chance at seeing a unique item drop.
Aside from that, though, you will simply have to get lucky and hope that Temerity drops for you sooner rather than later in Diablo 4.
