How to customize genitals in Baldur’s Gate 3

Baldur’s Gate 3 has taken inspiration from Dungeons & Dragons when it comes to heavy character customization, but some RPG fans were shocked at just how much customization is available.

Baldur’s Gate 3 is a mature game that features a lot of nudity if you prefer. Since nudity is an option, developers decided that players should be able to customize their character’s genitals just in case they are ever on display. It’s just another form of self expression, according to developers at Larian.

Lead Designer Alena Dubrovina explained that the team wondered what would happen when players removed their character’s underwear. At first, they almost went with “another underwear mesh” underneath, but decided that this was another chance for players to “represent their identity.”

What genital options are in Baldur’s Gate 3?

When you go to the character customization area of Baldur’s Gate 3, you are met with six genital options once you get to that part. Some players were left wondering which choice is the right choice, however, since there are no descriptions for them. Here are the genital types and their descriptions:

  • Vulva A: Unshaven
  • Vulva B: Shaven
  • Penis A: Uncircumcised, unshaven
  • Penis B: Circumcised, unshaven
  • Penis C: Uncircumcised, shaven
  • Penis D: Circumcised, shaven

Choose whichever option seems right for you and then begin your journey.
