You’re not alone in LEGO Fortnite. When you spawn into your world for the first time, you’ll be greeted not only by Cuddle Team Leader, but a bunch of animals and monsters who are roaming the lands.
Of course, LEGO Fortnite features villagers who will come and help you build, upgrade, and mine for materials. Not everyone in your world is there to help you though, and there are plenty of monsters roaming in the wild who would love nothing more than to send you back to your respawn point.

For the animals section, we are only counting creatures who will not attack you when they see you. These are also animals that you can pet to gain resources from.
