How to get Frostpine and make Frostpine Rods in LEGO Fortnite

If you want to have the strongest tools in LEGO Fortnite, you'll need to be able to find and harvest Frostpine.

If you want the best gear in LEGO Fortnite, you’ll need to get Frostpine, and make Frostpine Rods. Here’s where you can find it, how to harvest it, and what you can do with it.

Where to find Frostpine in LEGO Fortnite

Frostpine can only be found in the Frostlands biome in LEGO Fortnite. You’re specifically looking for a Fir tree with snow on the branches. There are plenty of them about, so don’t panic about having to find one. Just make your way to the Frostlands biome, and you’ll stumble on one pretty easily. Literally, the first tree I harvested was a Frostpine, and I wasn’t even looking for one.

How to harvest Frostpine

To harvest Frostpine, you will need an Epic Forest Axe. This means that you’ll need to have upgraded your Crafting Bench to Epic rarity. Then, you’ll need three Knotroot Rods and three Copper Bars to make an Epic Forest Axe.

Once you have your Epic Forest Axe, simply head to your nearest Frostlands biome, and start hacking away. Once you break a tree, Frostpine will drop, and you’ll be able to add it to your inventory.

How to make Frostpine Rods

To make Frostpine Rods, simply take your Frostpine to a Lumber Mill, select the Frostpine Rods recipe, and let the machine do the work.

It will convert one Frostpine to one Frostpine Rod, which you can then take and place into your inventory for crafting.

What can you do with Frostpine Rods?

The main use for Frostpine Rods in LEGO Fortnite is to make an Epic Pickaxe. This is the strongest pickaxe in the game and can break any materials you find.

The recipe for the Epic Pickxe is eight Obsidian Slabs and five Frostpine Rods.
