Where to find Flexwood in LEGO Fortnite

Flexwood can only be found in the Dry Valley biome in LEGO Fortnite. Don’t waste your time chopping down any trees you see though, as that’s not what you’re looking for.

Flexwood is harvested from a cactus, so keep an eye out for any of the spiky green plants you see, then get swinging.

How to harvest Flexwood in LEGO Fortnite

To harvest Flexwood, you’ll need a Rare Axe. To make one, you’ll first need to ensure that your Crafting Bench is level three. Interact with your bench, selecting the “Upgrade Bench” option, and pay the material price to give it a boost and unlock new recipes.

Next, you need Rough Amber. This can be found on the ground throughout the Dry Valley biome. They give off an orange tint, so you should find them easy enough.

Now, you need to build a Gem Cutter and place it in your base. This will break the Rough Amber down into Cut Amber. Finally, pair five Cut Amber with three Knotroot Rods, and you’ll be able to craft the Rare Axe, which has a blue tint on the menu.

What can you make with Flexwood?

Much like Knotroot, Flexwood can be placed into a Lumber Mill and turned into Flexwood Rods. Once you have those, you can use them to make upgraded tools like pickaxes, axes, or swords.

On top of that Knotroot may be required for some building blueprints, so if you want to create a truly beautiful village, you’ll need to keep an eye out for it.
