Apex Legends to bring back the Holo-Day Bash event for Christmas

Across the gaming industry, developers are starting to end their respective’s game Halloween festivities. While the holiday is always fun for gamers, games like Apex Legends are preparing to celebrate the next major holiday, Christmas. Last year, Respawn Entertainment released the Holo-Day Bash event featuring a Mirage Town Takeover. The event was a huge hit with fans and brought some life into the game. Naturally, it would make sense for Respawn to bring back the event, which will happen if leaks are to be believed.

Holo-Day Bash returning in Apex Legends Season 7

Apex Legends is set to release its seventh season tomorrow, November 4. Perhaps the most ambitious installment for the battle royale yet, Respawn is really packing the season with content. There’s Horizon, Olympus, the Trident, and more coming for players to enjoy.

However, it appears that the devs have additional plans as always. Around halfway through most Apex Legends seasons, Respawn releases a themed-event that introduces new LTMs, cosmetics, and map changes. Well, it just so happens that this timeframe falls right around Christmas, just as it did last year. While not official, this means that the Holo-Day Bash is likely returning.

Leakers were able to find new evidence of the event for Season 7 specifically. There are badges and sprays that make it clear that Apex Legends is once again celebrating Christmas.

At this time, that’s all of the information we have concerning the event. However, there are some educated guesses we can make about this year’s Holo-Day Bash. Last week, we saw a leak that hinted at a Pathfinder Town Takeover for Olympus. If last year’s event is any indication, it seems likely this season’s Holo-Day Bash could feature the Pathfinder Town Takeover.

Aside from that, we know that event-specific cosmetics will arrive and presumably will run for most of December. As more updates roll in for Apex Legends, additional details regarding the event should surface. Make sure to stay tuned for updates on this and all Apex Legends news.
