During the side Gig Spy in the Jungle in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty, you have to make a choice. You can either kill Katya, who was being held prisoner by Boris Ribakov, or accept a bribe from her. The bribe involves you letting her live in exchange for her telling you where her stash is hidden. Katya’s Stash will become trackable in a follow-up quest to Spy in the Jungle in Cyberpunk 2077, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy to locate.
I spent over 15 minutes looking for Katya’s Stash in the search area the quest sends you. Of course, I finally managed to find it, but I did not enjoy the previous 15 minutes I spent looking for the stash. To help you avoid this trouble, I have laid out the exact location of Katya’s Stash in the guide below.
Finding Katya’s Stash in Cyberpunk 2077
The quest that begins right after Spy in the Jungle is called Money for Nothing, and it is only triggered if you accept the bribe from Katya. The search area the quest sends you is underneath a parking garage where many homeless people tend to hang out. When you approach the quest marker, a small space on the map will turn into a yellow box, which is your defined search area. You will not find Katya’s Stash outside of that search radius.
To find the stash, you need to go near the center of the yellow box. Here, there will be a dumpster that is sitting in front of a blue van. Approach the side of the dumpster that is next to a column. When you get close enough to the dumpster, you will get the option to move it.
Select this option, and your character will move the dumpster aside, revealing a hidden box in the ground. Interact with the box to push aside the top of it and inside will be Katya’s Stash. There are some eddies, apparel items, and an iconic weapon for you to loot.
And that will wrap up the Money for Nothing quest in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty. As far as I know, Katya doesn’t contact you again, so this is your last interaction with her.
