How to add friends on PUBG Mobile

From your home screen, tap on the squads icon just below your profile picture in the top left corner, then tap the head and shoulders icon with the plus sign (add friend icon) near the top of your screen. Now either type into search to find your friend, or add a friend from the list of suggestions.

It really is that simple. Here are some illustrations, just in case. Firstly, the squads icon:

On this next screen, click the ‘add friend’ icon, as shown by the arrow.

This will take you to the following screen, where you can either search for your friend’s user ID or nickname, or add any of the suggestions by hitting the add friend button.

To make it even easier, you can click the button on the bottom of the screen that looks like two sideways block brackets and a minus in the middle. That’ll let you scan a friend’s QR code to add them instantly. You can also share your player card from here.
