FACEIT is collaborating with Ubisoft to create a “Siege into Spring” event. This is a series of weekly tournaments that Rainbow Six Siege players can participate in. The online tournaments will give teams a chance to win a share of a $24,000 prize pool. The first online tournament is set to begin on April 4 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The announcement was made on the Rainbow Six Esports NA Twitter page.

FACEIT tournament rules

To take part in this single-elimination bracket tournament, players must be 18 or over, and all players must be in the NA region. In addition, there are many maps that have been excluded from the map pool. The maps that are available in the online tournaments are as follows: Bank, Border, Chalet, Clubhouse, Coastline, Consulate Kafe, Kanal, Oregon, Outback, ThemePark and Villa. Also, FACEIT has outlined cosmetics that are banned during the tournament. These include the Outbreak Collection, the Wind Bastion Bundle, along with many more. Siege into Spring schedule and prize pool split

The online tournaments will run every Saturday in April. Therefore, the first tournament will begin on April 4 and continue through to April 25 and will be made up of 256 teams. The full schedule for each tournament can be viewed on the FACEIT Rainbow Six NA web page. Throughout the event, prize money will be awarded to the top 8 teams. The winners will earn $700, second place $500, third to fourth place $200, and fifth through to eighth place $100.

Undoubtedly, the Siege into Spring event will be an exciting time for Rainbow Six Siege fans. It is a great opportunity for all players to engage in the competitive side of the game. This is because players of any rank are able to compete across all platforms.
