DrDisrespect is no stranger to controversy. His out-going persona makes sure that he’s always in the limelight. But in this E3 stream, his alter ego may have gone too far.

While having a crew film him walking the alleyways of E3, he decided to take a trip to the men’s bathroom. This, as it turns out, was a huge mistake.

The controversy in question

In the past, Twitch has been very strict with most streamers regarding their Terms of Service. No matter the stature of the streamer, a violation of the T.O.S. could mean a ban or something worse. This same logic applies to DrDisrespect as well.

In this Twitch clip, you’re able to see exactly why Twitch made the decision to ban the Doc’s account.

If you’re unfamiliar with Twitch’s T.O.S., any form of privacy violation is prohibited. This mainly applies to IRL streamers, since they often go out and mingle with other people. However, the Two-Time may not have been familiar with these rules, since it was his first IRL stream.

Though Doc’s intentions may have not been malicious, Twitch still sees this as a violation of others’ privacy.

How long will DrDisrespect be banned?

If you are worried about this being a permanent ban, have no fear. These types of infractions usually only yield a day to a week ban. And since it was Doc’s first violation of this rule, nothing more severe than a day or two should occur.

Nonetheless, it’s safe to say Doc won’t be doing his second IRL stream anytime soon. We will be sure to keep you updated with any news on this developing story.
