Last Epoch has multiple ways to navigate movement. The most common is click to move, but the game also boasts controller support for those who would prefer to use joysticks. But what about WASD?
Does Last Epoch have WASD movement?
No, unfortunately, there is no WASD movement support in Last Epoch, and it appears that the devs have no plans to implement it anytime soon.
In December of 2023, YouTuber K3nergy shared that they had reached out to Eleventh Hour Games asking about the potential movement options being added, in their response they said, that while further controller optimization is in the works, WASD is not.
“Unfortunately at this time there are no plans to do a WASD movement option, but we are looking to continue optimizing our controller capabilities,” the spokesperson said to K3nergy.
While it might seem like bad news for those gamers who prefer this as their means to navigate movement, the good news is that the devs did not completely rule it out. This means that if the demand is there in the future they may look at implementing the controller style in a future update.
