The Apex Legends Season 4: Assimilation trailer released earlier today to community praise. Though, the trailer is also shrouded in mystery and intrigue, as multiple aspects of Apex Legends were hinted at. This includes the arrival of Revenant and his potential ultimate ability, which we already covered. Although, there was also another possible teaser that has fans excited for beyond Season 4. Towards the end of the video, we can see the daughter of Hammond Robotics’ president escape Revenant’s clutches. Could the daughter actually be Loba, or Rosie, a leaked future legend?
Loba’s arrival hinted at in Apex Legends trailer?
There have been a plethora of legends leaked through datamining in the past year. Respawn has a tendency to include tons of future content in the game’s files, leading dataminers to believe the content is coming soon. However, this hasn’t been the case, as dozens of legends, game modes, and weapons have been sitting in the files since Season 2.
Loba, also known as Rosie, falls into this category. Her images and supposed abilities have been out in the open for quite some time. Although, we still haven’t seen her arrive in Apex Legends. But we may have seen a younger version of Loba in the Season 4 trailer from earlier today.
The daughter of Hammond Robotics’ president has light brown hair, which lines up with what we’ve seen from the game files. Also, Respawn made it a point to show her escaping Revenant’s wrath, as her father sacrificed himself.
None of this confirms that the daughter is Loba, but the evidence for this assumption is present. Why would Respawn ensure that the daughter escapes without having some sort of plan for her later?
