Apex Legends players can already access the ALGS Team Shop, and it will remain open through July 19. Over the next two weeks, players will be able to obtain Epic Banner Frames based on 10 of the 40 teams competing in the ALGS Year 2 Championship. There will also be team-themed bundles with Epic or Legendary Weapon and Legend skins.

During the first week, from July 5-12, in-game collectibles will be available based on the following teams: 100 Thieves, TSM FTX, Crazy Racoon, Cloud9 and NRG Esports. Then, from July 12-19, fans can obtain collectibles inspired by Natus Vincere, Alliance, G2 Esports, Complexity Gaming and Team Liquid.

More about the ALGS Team Shop

The ALGS Team Shop is Apex Legends’ first in-game shop to offer cosmetics that are based on real-life esports teams. EA has confirmed that a portion of all sales will go directly to the participating teams. As a result, this promotion allows players to support their favorite teams in addition to receiving new and unique in-game collectibles.

The ALGS Year 2 Championship will kick off in two days at the PNC Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina. It will last from July 7-10. Nevertheless, Apex Legends players can look forward to an additional week of Championship-themed items thanks to the ALGS Team Shop.

There is a $2 million prize pool at play for the Year 2 Championship. Whichever team wins the event will walk away with $500,000. Viewers can catch all the action later this week on the ALGS Twitch and YouTube channels.
