Embark Studios have officially dropped the new 1.5.0 update for THE FINALS, nerfing a number of gadgets including the C4, and making changes to some abilities. Here are the full THE FINALS 1.5.0 patch notes.

With plenty of updates in the January 17 patch, there’s sure to be something in here that catches your eye, as Embark continues to tweak their FPS title. Not only are there plenty of tweaks to abilities, gadgets, and weapons, but the update also includes a new mode for players to enjoy.

Solo Bank It

The headline addition in THE FINALS 1.5.0 patch is the new mode Solo Bank It. This mode takes the Bank It that we all know and love, and takes away all your teammates. It’s a 12-player free-for-all, with the first person to earn 40,000 and deposit it in the cash-out station declared the winner.

Embark admits this is an experimental mode, and will be opening a channel in their Discord for feedback. It’s also only available for a limited time, so make sure to hop in and give it a go.
