Since Pokémon Scarlet and Violet launched in November of last year, they have employed creative methods to grant trainers access to special Pokémon and items. For example, Tera Raid Battles have given players the chance to catch multiple Pokémon that are not otherwise available in the Paldea region.
Meanwhile, the Mystery Gift option has similarly provided trainers with a number of special goodies. As long as they have an online connection, anyone who has access to specific codes can download the corresponding gifts. Here’s an overview of all of the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Mystery Gift codes as of March 2023.
How to redeem codes
In order to redeem Mystery Gift codes in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, trainers will first have to access the Mystery Gift menu. To navigate to this menu, players need to press X to pull up the main menu. From there, they should click on the Poké Portal option on the right side of the screen.
Once they have loaded up the Poké Portal, trainers can access a number of features for online and local play. These include Union Circle, Tera Raid Battles, the Battle Stadium and trading options. By scrolling to the bottom of the screen, players will be able to click on the Mystery Gift button.
Afterward, a few specific options will pop up. The first, “Get via Internet,” is only relevant for Mystery Gifts that do not require a code. However, for those that do come with their own code, players must select “Get with Code/Password.” Upon doing so, a keyboard will pop up, allowing trainers to insert their code and claim their reward.
