Konami has recently announced the #StayAtHome campaign events happening in eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer 2020 (PES). In addition to in-game events, Konami will be hosting a special live tournament featuring 11 players from professional football clubs.

The streams will broadcast from the official eFootball PES YouTube channel and Facebook page. The streams will begin on April 26 at 5 p.m. BST or noon ET.

#StayAtHomeWithPES tournament roster breakdown

Starting off the #StayAtHomeWithPES tournament, six professional players will go against each other in the round-of-16 preliminary games. The goal of the six competitors is to make it to the quarter finals. A match between Greg Stewart representing the Rangers Football Club and Aleksei Sutormin from Zenit is one of the matches that will take place in the Round of 16 games.

On the other hand, five professional players are automatically in the quarter finals. Some of the quarter-finalists include Antoine Griezmann from Football Club Barcelona and Scott McTominay from Manchester United. McTominay will be competing against Sebastiano Esposito from Inter. The other three quarter-final matches will be determined by who wins the round-of-16 games.

eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer 2020 in-game events

During the rest of April and the majority of May, eFootball PES 2020 will have a wide range of events and features for players to enjoy. For example, player experience points will triple in matches. Meanwhile, Konami will also introduce players to a new campaign dedicated to obtaining five-star scouts.

Not all of the events will take place concurrently. Konami seemingly intends for the #StayAtHome campaign to last until the official anniversary celebration in July. So until then, players can get in the spirit and feel appreciated while earning extra goodies. For more information regarding the in-game events including times and rewards, players can check out Konami’s website.
