How to shop at Gladrags in Hogsmeade in Hogwarts Legacy

You'll soon have access to all the snooty robes you want

Within the first few hours of Hogwarts Legacy, you will travel to the village of Hogsmeade with a companion. This is an effort to get the school supplies that you lost when your carriage was attacked by a dragon en route to the school.

The village of Hogsmeade is a faithful recreation of the ones featured in the books and movies. It features all of the spots that players know and love, including Zonko’s, The Three Broomsticks, and more. However, there’s one location in Hogsmeade, called Gladrags, that Hogwarts Legacy players haven’t figured out how to access.

Gladrags is a high-end clothing store that has locations in Paris and London in addition to Hogsmeade. When players first arrive at the village, they are able to enter the store, which is in the northern part of Hogsmeade, and browse the store’s displays. However, when players attempt to talk to the man at the cash register, they are unable to speak with him.

Fortunately, the only thing preventing you from shopping at Gladrags is the story. Essentially, you need to complete your checklist in Hogsmeade and meet back up with the companion that accompanied you to the village. During your conversation with the companion, something will happen that causes you both to defend yourselves.

After this encounter, you will follow your companion into Gladrags and speak with the shop owner. The owner will tell you that you can have some clothes for free and also gives you permission to shop at the store anytime you want.

Then, you’ll both head to The Three Broomsticks and meet the owner, Sirona Ryan, where some additional story elements will come into play. After you leave Hogsmeade and complete the quest, you can return at any time and you will be able to shop at Gladrags without any issue.
