How to get marble in LEGO Fortnite

Marble is useful for upgrading tools and weapons, making charms, and more, but how do you get your hands on it?

LEGO Fortnite is all about progression, and if granite just isn’t cutting it anymore, you’ll need to search for marble. This rock is extremely useful and can be used for not only upgrading your items, but buildings too.

Of course, because it’s more valuable, you’re going to have to put in a little more effort to get your hands on it. Thankfully, this is relatively straightforward if you know what you’re looking for, and we’ve got all the information you need to start upgrading your gear.

Marble location in LEGO Fortnite

Marble can only be found in caves, deep underground in LEGO Fortnite. Thankfully, it’s hard to miss it once you get into a cave, as it’s pure white, and sits in stark contrast to the dull walls that line the caves.

You might even see it spawn beside some Knotroot Wood, which can be super useful too, so make sure to grab both when you’re searching through these dark, scary tunnels.

To find a cave, make sure to look for the mountain symbols on your map, as they will lead you right to the entrance.

How to mine marble

Mining marble is pretty simple, but there is a catch—you need an uncommon pickaxe or better to harvest it.

That does mean that you’ll need to have upgraded your Crafting Bench to level two by interacting it, moving across to the “upgrades” section, and paying the wood and granite cost to push it to its next level. Once you’ve done that, you’ll be able to craft an uncommon pickaxe and add it to your inventory.

Now that you have your brand new tool, head to a cave, keep an eye out for a clump of white rock, and start swinging. Once you’ve broken it, marble will fall which you can then add to your inventory.

What can marble be used for in LEGO Fortnite?

Marble has plenty of uses in LEGO Fortnite. One of the most interesting things it can do is be used in the creation of charms. Charms provide significant gameplay benefits that make them well worth your time. For example, the Health Charm increases your max health to allow you to take extra damage, while the Cool-Headed Charm increases resistance to hot temperatures.

Marble is also used to upgrade your Crafting Bench, allowing you to unlock better tools and more powerful weapons.

Finally, marble can be used in building, with marble slabs allowing you to give your village a polished, regal look. I’m too poor to be running around on marble floors right now though, so all mine will be going towards upgrades for the foreseeable future.
