Big games in the Round of 16 for FIFA 20 FUT Champions Cup

On the Xbox side of things, the clash of kings is between Donovan “Tekkz” Hunt and Niklas “NRaseck” Raseck. Both of these players have won FUT Champions Cup this 2020 FIFA season and look hungry for more glory. Tekkz took home the first cup of the season while NRaseck lifted the second. The matchup between these two is unexpected, considering Tekkz did place first in the swiss round.

Although, NRaseck struggling through the swiss rounds with a 16 place finish may have led to this pairing. Tekkz definition of the FIFA meta this season remains unique; his skillset on the ball sets him apart from a lot of competitors. However, NRaseck is a player that is on form in this FIFA 20 season. So, this game is one that could go right down to the last whistle.

Another game to look at in the round of 16 is Jas “Jas” Singh versus Mossad “MSdossary” Aldossary. Saudi Arabia’s FIFA king, MSdossary, won the FIFA eWorld Cup back in 2018 and was a runner up in 2019. His consistency throughout several iterations of the game over the years remains remarkable. Dossary’s passing skills and ability to control a game gives him an edge over opponents.

However, the FIFA king’s season needs a boost, as he currently sits on number nine on Xbox Global Rankings. West Ham’s Jas is also a top-notch player who got far in several major competitions last season. He finished the Swiss rounds in third place. Also, he trashed former eWorld cup winner Spencer “Gorilla” Ealing in a 5-0 win.

All 16 Xbox players will look to qualify for quarter-finals to increase rankings and add more Global Series points. The next two days for these FIFA pros could go a long way for their 2020 season.
