2019 is nearing an end, but that doesn’t mean the Fortnite Winterfest challenges stop. There is still a multitude of rewards for players to earn before the event draws to a close next month. Today, the Day 13 challenge, has players searching the map for a number of Ice Boxes. In order to secure the reward, you need to find two Ice Boxes on the Fortnite map. However, they aren’t huge objects, so finding them can be difficult if you don’t know where to look. Luckily, we know the location for each Ice Box.
Every Ice Box location in Fortnite
The Ice Boxes were added into Fortnite with the 11.30 update and serve a couple of purposes. However, their main purpose is to give players coal and other items when they interact with the machine. The Day 10 challenge in Winterfest required damage with coal, which we covered last week.
This time around though, players just need to find two Ice Boxes to complete the challenge. Although, they’re tucked away in some random locations, so it’ll be hard to just stumble upon them. To make it even harder, there are only seven across the entire map.
Fortunately, below you can find a map showing each Ice Box location.
If you’re going for speed, then heading towards Sweaty Sands or Weeping Woods is your best bet, since there are multiple within a close vicinity. To complete the challenge, interact with two Ice Boxes, make sure the challenge progress bar updates, and you’re done!
The reward for Day 13
Once you complete the Winterfest challenge, you will be rewarded with the Polar Renegade Spray. If you complete the challenge in the middle of a match, the spray will be waiting in your locker once you’re done with that match.
That’s our guide for the Day 13 Winterfest challenge! Keep up with Daily Esports for all future Fortnite coverage.
