During the middle of Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty, you will encounter a quest called You Know My Name. The objective of this quest is to infiltrate Kurt Hansen’s party that he’s throwing in his fancy hotel. In order to do that, you are required to take a dive into the flooded waters of the hotel’s bottom floors. Once you reach a point where you can get some air, an objective will pop up that simply says to “make progress,” which can be quite confusing in Cyberpunk 2077.
When you receive this objective, you will be in a flooded room with some gates and an elevator that you cannot reach. The game does not explain how you are supposed to make progress, so I spent a good 10-15 minutes trying to figure out exactly what I needed to do to continue with this quest.
Luckily, I eventually did figure it out, and you can see exactly how to make progress in You Know My Name in the guide below.
How to make progress in You Know My Name in Cyberpunk 2077
When you are in the flooded room, there will be four walls surrounding you, but there are not many places to get out of the water and walk around. That’s fine, though, as you will need to go underwater to make progress.
Towards the back of the room, near the way you came in, you will see a gate and a yellow leader attached to the opposite side of that gate. You need to reach that yellow ladder to make progress, but you can only do so by swimming under the water near the gate and going through a hole at the bottom of it.

Once you resurface at the other side, you can climb the yellow ladder to reach a new platform, which you can then use to activate a panel on a yellow crane. This allows you to reach an elevator on the other side of the room that will take you up to the non-flooded parts of the hotel. From there, you can meet up with Reed and continue on with the You Know My Name quest in Cyberpunk 2077.

The rest of the quest is fairly straightforward, so all you have to do is follow your quest objectives and you’ll be all set.
