World of Warcraft: Top four Mythic Dungeon International teams head into the semi-finals

Day two of the World of Warcraft Mythic Dungeon International concluded with victories for PI ME, Perplexed, Echo and the Golden Guardians.

The second day of the World of Warcraft 2021 Mythic Dungeon International concluded with victories for teams PI ME, Perplexed, Echo and the Golden Guardians. 

One of these teams will secure the sixth spot in the Global Finals. They’ll compete against the five other qualified teams and the top two teams from China in April. A share of the $300,000 USD prize pool will be on the line alongside the Mythic Dungeon International Global Champion title.

During the quarter-final matches, PI ME faced off against Echo and managed to shut them out. Echo fell to the elimination bracket, but were able to stay alive by returning the favor to Obey Alliance with a shutout of their own.

Meanwhile, Perplexed was able to dish out the damage and defeat the Golden Guardians in the upper bracket. This pushed the latter team into the lower bracket, where they then fought against Sloth and won 2-0. 

With the upper bracket wins for PI ME and Perplexed, they will head into their semi-final matches. As for Echo and the Golden Guardians, they will also clash against each other. 

Other teams at the World of Warcraft Mythic Dungeon International

Each of these teams fought hard in hopes of getting the last spot in the Global Finals. In addition to Obey Alliance, Sloth, PI ME, Perplexed, Echo, the Golden Guardians, other teams that took part included Does Gargoyle Stream? and Reload Fulcrum.

Previously, Does Gargoyle Stream? faced PI ME and at first had a score of 1-1, but wasn’t able to pull it off in the third game. . This pushed Does Gargoyle Stream? to fight against Sloth in the elimination bracket. Meanwhile, Reload Fulcrum fought Perplexed and ended up in the lower bracket where they lost to Obey Alliance.

The Mythic Dungeon International Global Finals are approximately a month away. They are scheduled to take place on April 23 and 25.
