The first place to check is the Imperial Gardens in Yaesha. The gardens are found in a hidden room beneath a trapdoor. This trapdoor is located at the foot of a statue that’s near the entrance to the ruins after you take the first left before the stairs. You’ll see a door with a golden full moon crest.

Remember, the trapdoor will only open during a blood moon.

If it’s a blood moon and the door hasn’t opened, you have run into a rare occurrence where the exterior tiles are too small to spawn any wisps. Try to spot some wisps in an exterior area and then travel to the Imperial Gardens. The door should work at this point.
