The best Sakin MG38 loadout in Warzone

An powerful light machine gun

LMGs have taken a bit of a backseat in Call of Duty: Warzone after the class’ meteoric rise at the start of the game. Since the old days of the RPK meta in Warzone, LMGs haven’t really been used too much by the player base. However, if you’re in the market for a solid LMG in Warzone, I recommend going with the Sakin MG38, which has a fantastic long range loadout.

The Sakin MG38 has been underrated in Warzone since the beginning of the game. While the LMG has been buffed a couple of times over the course of Warzone’s life cycle, its pick rate has never been too high to place it firmly within the meta. Of course, it doesn’t need to be in the meta for you to absolutely dominate enemies with it.

Best Sakin MG38 loadout in Warzone

Since the Sakin MG38 is a heavy light machine gun, I won’t spend much time trying to improve its mobility. Instead, I’ll stick with boosting its existing strengths, which include damage and recoil control.

  • Muzzle: ZLR Talon 5
  • Barrel: 20″ Bruen Silver Series Barrel
  • Optic: Aim OP-V4
  • Rear Grip: STIP-40 Grip
  • Underbarrel: Bruen Warrior Grip

The loadout starts with the ZLR 5 Talon and 20″ Bruen Silver Series Barrel, both of which boost damage range, recoil control, and bullet velocity. Those attachments are followed by the STIP-40 Grip which also increases recoil control.

The Bruen Warrior Grip maximizes the Sakin’s recoil control while also improving hip-fire control for any close-range gunfights. Finally, the optic in place is the Aim OP-V4, which is a mid-range scope that’s perfect for picking off opponents at most ranges in Warzone. While the Sakin MG38 won’t beat out your Kastov 762s of the world, it might surprise you with how fast it can kill at longer ranges.
