Feixiao, the new 5-star Wind Hunt character in Honkai: Star Rail version 2.5, has quickly gained the attention of players. And it’s really no surprise — her ability to deal Wind DMG combined with follow-up attacks makes her an excellent main DPS choice.
So, you’ve ascended her and leveled up her talents, but now you’re left wondering: what Light Cones should you use? Choosing the right Light Cone can elevate Feixiao from good to great, making her the carry DPS your team needs. Let’s check out the best options available for her.
Newbie options
If you’re just beginning your journey and haven’t reached a high Trailblaze Level yet, you can play it safe with Final Victor. This four-star, F2P-friendly Light Cone increases ATK by 12%. When you land a CRIT hit, it grants a stack that boosts CRIT DMG by 8%, stacking up to four times. It’s a reliable option for players who want a steady DPS boost without too much complexity.
Other four-star Light Cones that work well for Feixiao include Only Silence Remains and Swordplay, both of which are also made for DPS builds.
5-star Light Cones for Feixiao
Moving on to five-star options, one free choice is Cruising in the Stellar Sea. You can get this Light Cone from Herta’s Store in exchange for eight Herta Bonds, which are rewards from the Simulated Universe.
It increases CRIT rate by 8% and for enemies with HP less than or equal to 50%, an additional 8% of CRIT rate is increased. ATK also gets a 20% boost for two turns when an enemy is defeated. It’s a decent pick for those looking to boost Feixiao’s damage without spending extra Stellar Jades.
For a premium option, try to get I Venture Forth to Hunt, the Light Cone designed specifically for Feixiao. Available during the Brilliant Fixation Event Warp from September 10 to October 2, 2024, it increases CRIT Rate by 15%. Follow-up attacks build stacks that allow her Ultimate DMG to ignore 27% of the enemy’s DEF — an ideal complement to her playstyle.
Another great choice that I think you can go for is Baptism of Pure Thought, which increases CRIT DMG by 20%. Every debuff on an enemy further boosts CRIT DMG by 8%, stacking up to three times. When Feixiao uses her Ultimate, DMG increases by 36%, and follow-up attacks can ignore 24% of the target’s DEF. This Light Cone is perfect for maximizing her CRIT potential.
Other considerations
If you don’t have the above Light Cones, but have either Worrisome, Blissful and Sleep Like the Dead, you can still slap them on Feixiao. Both can amplify Feixiao’s output and make her even formidable in combat.
