Heading into the home stretch of the first patch for TFT Set 6.5, Neon Nights, A b-patch came out on Wednesday to adjust numbers and of course, the meta. Figuring out what to play is in the numbers thanks to aggregate data sites like MetaTFT.com, so here are the top five performing TFT 12.4 b patch comps according to MetaTFT.com.
Innovator

This comp just cant be stopped. Even after a b-patch nerf, this Innovator composition just has way too much going for it. There are simply too many good champions in the composition and too many carry threats. However, it is reliant on Jayce. But if players cant hit Jayce, they can consistently hit top fours.
Socialite Irelia

One of the best rising compositions in the TFT 12.4 b-patch is this optimized Irelia carry composition. One of the flaws Irelia has in the current TFT Set 6.5 set is that she either can’t do enough damage to start resets or she can’t stay healthy enough to power through a tank. But thanks to the Socialite trait, Irelia can now do both. It really doesn’t matter where the Socialite hex is either since Irelia can end fights in an instant and if she has to walk up three rows to do it, so be it.
Debonair Talon

One of the best comps before the b-patch was Debonair VIP Talon Assassins. The composition was not touched in the slightest in the b-patch. As a result, the comp remains in the top five this week and is one of the strongest in the game due to Talon’s high damage despite him being only a two-cost champion.
Perfect Synergy Reroll

This composition is one of the more unique in TFT Set 6.5. On paper, this just looks like a hybrid Innovator Chemtech composition. However, it actually is intentionally designed to have perfect synergies. This means this collection of eight champions all activate their traits and leave nothing leftover. Since this comp has a ton of low-cost champions, the goal is to reroll for as many three-star champions as possible and since every champion plays a big part in the comp, even champions without items are carry threats.
Debonair Draven

Finally, the newest composition appearing in the top five is one that has been anticipated for a while. Draven enters into the meta as a part of this “Draven plus good champions” comp. The goal here is simple. Grab a VIP Draven and put a powerful frontline to make sure Draven has ample time to 1v9 the opposition.
