New Nintendo lounges are launching in certain airports, making traveling much more enjoyable. These “On The Go” pop-up airport lounges will feature Nintendo products for travelers to experience. They will available for use at a few different locations until the end of March.
In an official news release, Nintendo shared their newest project with the world. They plan on launching small gaming areas within a few listed airports for a limited time only. Along with comfy seating and charging ports, these lounges will also feature their Nintendo Lite and Nintendo Switch Lite systems. The demo products will carry popular titles such as The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Mario Odyssey, Super Mario Party and Tetris 99.
The company hopes those who enjoy the games will end up ordering the systems along with other merchandise. If one decides to do this, they will be offered a free carrying case, Nintendo Switch branded luggage handle wrap, and a $10 coupon from Target to use on any Nintendo purchase of $75 or more.
Customers planning to use these lounges are encouraged to pass by after checking in with TSA security.
