“DramaAlert” host and YouTube personality Daniel “Keemstar” Keem is facing backlash after a controversial tweet. On Sunday night, Keem tweeted “Pokimane, 2/10”, causing anger amongst plenty of users, along with the targeted Twitch streamer herself.
The popular Twitch personality Imane “Pokimane” Anys is no stranger to harassment and bullying. Pokimane, with her 2.3 million followers, is known to create gaming content for her fans who watch her almost on a daily basis. Unfortunately, her success is often clouded by hate messages and sexual harassment.
this tweet fucking sucks and is completely unnecessary 🙁

Keemstar’s sudden tweet seemingly had no motive, as it caught many readers by surprise. As sexual harassment situations have recently shaken up the community, many people are not happy by what he tweeted. Shortly after his original post, he wrote “Oops, I was way off. Her birthday is May 14th… not Feb 10th.” This caused users to get even angrier, firing back with insults as they defended Pokimane.
What about your daughter's birthday? I'm sure her daddy is always paying attention to her and not trying to make less of other people for not liking their content

Pokimane’s response
On Sunday night, the tweet had gone viral on Twitter, causing the keywords “Keemstar” and “Pokimane” to trend throughout Monday morning. Unfortunately, situations like these aren’t new to Pokimane. She didn’t write back to Keemstar but instead retweeted a post from Misfits content creator Bree “Breebun” Morgan.
i just hate seeing it 😞
there is no time like the present to start treating people with kindness and consider their mental wellbeing before we hit send.
we should always be trying to put ourselves in someone else’s shoes and consider what they might be going through— breebunn (@breebunn) July 27, 2020
Not the first time
This isn’t the first time Keemstar has feuded with Pokimane. In December 2018, he complained through a tweet that she was abusing YouTube’s copyright strike system. Also, his tweet linked to a YouTube video called “Pokimane: Gotta Strike Them All.”
Overall, this may be a case of Keemstar starting drama for no apparent reason. His 2/10 rating on Pokimane included no context, and most people believe it was about her appearance. Regardless, this has done nothing more than to add on to the apprehension in the gaming community regarding harassment. As of now, it seems that Keemstar has shown no remorse over his tweets.
I’m gonna be honest , you sound like a complete fucking dork!
