Diablo 4 coming out on time, on consoles

Out of all the news coming out about the latest game in the Diablo franchise, fans were happiest to hear no news of delays. As previously announced, Diablo 4 is coming out on June 6, 2023.

Revealed around the same time, consoles will continue to have the Diablo franchise. Diablo 4 is set to release on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S. Out of all the notable consoles, the only one that Diablo 4 will not be on is the Nintendo Switch.

Crossplay included

On top of the playable consoles above, Diablo 4 will have full crossplay. This means that any players from any platform can play with each other, with cross-platform progression. On top of that, there is no region lock for crossplay, so anyone in the world can play with anyone else on Diablo 4.

When it comes to early access to Diablo 4, there is a pre-order that offers an early access beta. That beta is starting soon, going from Mar. 17-19, 2023. This beta applies to all players on any console who pre-order the game, whether through the Xbox Store, PlayStation Store or Battle.net.

There are three different versions of the game to purchase, from the Standard edition to a Digital Deluxe and an Ultimate edition. No matter which one you get, you’ll get access to the beta.
