Add a new Umbrella to your collection

Fortnite has teamed up with another entertainment giant, this time YouTuber Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson. MrBeast has the most subscribers for an individual YouTuber, and now he’s decided to take his talents to Fortnite. He’s doing this through Fortnite Creative Mode, where he and his team have built virtual sets for players to navigate their way through. In MrBeast’s Extreme Survival Challenge, players will have a chance to win $1 million if they’re the top score-earner on this Fortnite Creative map. However, the players that finish below the top-earned will also be able to an item in Fortnite, the MrBeast Brella Umbrella.

MrBeast’s Extreme Survival Challenge will feature obstacles, survival challenges, and other objectives on the map. Players must complete as many tasks as possible before the timer runs out in order to earn score. Players have three hours on Saturday, Dec. 17 to run through the map as many times as they can to earn the most score out of anyone in the world. If they manage to accomplish that herculean goal, they will take home $1 million. If players want to earn the MrBeast Brella Umbrella in Fortnite, they’ll have to complete a much less difficult task.

To add the Brella Umbrella to your Fortnite locker, you need to finish in the top 100,000 of score-earners in the Extreme Survival Challenge. The top 100,000 players will be from the world as a whole, so this will not go by region.

You have from 12 pm ET to 3 pm ET on Saturday, Dec. 17 to rack up enough score to finish in the top 100,000 of players. Right now, you can practice the Extreme Survival Challenge map in Fortnite by using this island code: 7990-6907-8565. Get as much practice in as possible before the actual event begins, and, hopefully, you will be able to at least earn yourself the Brella Umbrella.
