Gen.G is celebrating International Women’s Month with livestreams and networking events while raising money for the 1,000 Dreams Fund and Do Good Fund: Ukraine Aid. To kick off the initiative, Gen.G will hold a livestream on Thursday starting at 4 p.m. ET featuring women in gaming and music.
The participating artists include Ylona Garcia and Stephanie Poetri, two 88Rising music artists (with Garcia being featured in Neon’s VALORANT theme song). Shannon Williams, a VALORANT voice actress and Gen.G content creator will also be there. Gen.G content creator and recording artist Nicki Taylor will host, facilitating a conversation about everyone’s experiences as musicians and gamers.
Gen.G also made the announcement on Twitter, noting that they will match the amount raised and donate it to Do Good Fund: Ukraine Aid.

“It’s now our third year of Gen.G’s Women’s Month initiatives, and I am so excited to start off with a group of such powerful creators,” Gina Chung Lee, the chief marketing officer of Gen.G, said.
Throughout March, several Gen.G VALORANT personalities will support the 1,000 Dreams Fund: BroadcastHER initiative and Do Good Fund: Ukraine Aid. Some of these personalities include Gloria “ploo” Kim, Sean “sgares” Gares and Caitlin “supcaitlin” Huang.
Meanwhile, Nathan “Stanz” Stanz, Krysta “Krystalogy” Eason and Mia “BlissKai” Henderson will be involved as variety streamers.
