Fortnite Fall Skirmish Week 3 Results | Sen Aspect, Envy Lenain rule NA

This article is over 5 years old and may contain outdated information

Week 3 of the Fortnite Fall Skirmish, the first King Pin tournament of the series, has found its ruling duo. After six grueling matches, Sen Aspect and Envy Lenain took first place in the North America bracket. For taking first, these players earned $67,500 USD and 305 points for their Fortnite club, the Lucky Llamas. This is a huge break for the Lucky Llamas, as they trailed in last place at the end of last week’s skirmish with only 790 points.

In fact, this week’s tournament showed a number of reversals for the various clubs. Despite holding first place for the past few weeks, the Bush Bandits only had one duo earning points in the top ten during this week’s North America bracket. Meanwhile, the Lucky Llamas and Rift Raiders both had particularly impressive bouts, with two and three duos, respectively, in the top ten.

In addition, there was fierce competition to earn the most eliminations. Ghost Aydan and his partner TwitchTV Destroy, who ultimately placed in seventh place overall, held the record with 12 eliminations in a single match. Unfortunately for them, FaZe Clan’s Cloak and Twitch Chrispy surpassed them with a total of 14 eliminations. While this feat did not provide the duo any club points, it did earn them a cool $50,000 USD.

Week 3 Fall Skirmish format: King Pin (Duos)

This week’s format marked the second duos tournament of the Fall Skirmish. As with the other weeks, this week’s skirmish consisted of six matches. The top ten duos with the most amount of points received monetary rewards. While the King Pin format is mostly similar to last week’s Royale Flush, there were a few key differences that greatly affected the tournament’s end results. Whereas Royale Flush rewarded players with monetary prizes for Victory Royales and holding the most eliminations, King Pin instead focused on points.

  • Victory Royale: +3 Points
  • 2nd and 3rd Place: +2 Points
  • 4th and 5th Place: +1 Point
  • 7+ Eliminations: +3 Points
  • 5-6 Eliminations: +2 Points
  • 3-4 Eliminations: +1 Point
  • Victory Royale: 2x Points Earned Next Match
  • 7+ Eliminations: 2x Points Earned Next Match

As noted by caster Zeke, there were duos earning double points in each game during the North America bracket. This bonus especially helped Ghost Saf and Nico Vald. This dynamic duo earned both a Victory Royale and eight eliminations during game four, which helped provide extra points for them in the follow-up round. They solidified their rise up the leaderboard with a phenomenal sixth game, earning a Victory Royale and four eliminations for an additional four points total, catapulting them to third place.

Fortnite Week 3 Fall Skirmish rankings

Aside from Sen Aspect and Envy Lenain, the next nine duos also earned prizes and points for their clubs. This week, the winners were:

  1. Sen Aspect + Envy Lenain (Lucky Llamas)
  2. Psalm + Ghost Bizzle (Fort Knights)
  3. Nico Vald + Ghost Saf (Bush Bandits)
  4. Tinaraes + GS Ceice (Fort Knights)
  5. Qlarify + LG Kreo (Rift Raiders)
  6. That Guy Barney + Vivid (Lucky Llamas)

  8. Twitch Chrispy + Faze Cloak (Rift Raiders)
  9. Twitch.An2NY + Joseph is Cute (Rift Raiders)
  10. TheGirlyTV + Faze Tennpo (Fort Knights)

Of course, other players turned out consistent and strong performances, despite failing to place. For example, FaZe Tfue, who did particularly well during last week’s skirmish, failed to leave a mark on the leaderboards this week. Furthermore, fan favorites Ninja and King Richard just barely missed tenth place by a mere two points.
