Fedmyster removed from Offline TV following harassment allegations

Offline TV has officially removed Federico “Fedmyster” Michael Gaytan after multiple female members came forward with sexual harassment allegations. On Twitter, the group made a statement regarding the allegations towards Fedmyster made by Yvonne “Yvonne” Ng. Yvonne came forward on June 27 explaining her complicated relationship with Fedmyster.

In her TwitLonger she explained that Fedmyster had been coming into her room and touching her in inappropriate ways while intoxicated. After confronting him several times, he would claim that he did not remember what had happened the night before. Yvonne continued to struggle with her complicated relationship with Fedmyster until she consulted other girls in Offline TV who knew him, as she stated the following:

One night the girls were hanging out together, and when the topic of Fed came up, we realized we all had our stories about him. Whether it was him lying about certain situations to be in his favor, or lying to us about girls leading him on when he was the one who got rejected or manipulating us to have certain ideas of people/situations. Poki especially suffered a lot from this, and I’ll let her explain if she chooses to do so.

Yvonne also mentioned that Imane “Pokimane” Anys and Lily “LilyPichu” Ki have suffered from Fedmyster’s abuse. LilyPichu wrote her own TwitLonger explaining her own story, but that tweet has since been removed. Pokimane has yet to make her own personal statement against Fedmyster but shared support for both of her friends on their posts.

Fedmyster speaks out

After LilyPichu and Yvonne had both spoken out against him, Fedmyster took to Twitter to share his story. In his thread, he explained that his friends had sat him down and explained his inappropriate behavior. He claims to have owned up to his mistakes and wishes to move forward on a new path. However, his statements appear to be taking away from the women’ stories and attempting to paint him as a victim. The replies to his statement varied greatly, but most were concerned about how Fedmyster was abusing alcohol in both stories.

Rachell “Valkyrae” Hofstetter, a close friend to all involved, had this to say about the situation:

Valkyrae has been involved with many of the Offline TV creators and even went to Japan with them a few months prior. She recently revealed that she would be living with Pokimane and others in a new house. While Pokimane is still involved with Offline TV, these recent allegations regarding Fedmyster could be a reason for her moving.
