How to sign up for the WoW Variety Show

The leveling competition will require the four selected contestants to roll a new toon and begin leveling up in their respective starting zones. These players will have one hour to reach the highest level they can before Blizzard determines the winner.

According to the rules, “anyone with access to the realms will be able to login and interact with the competition” as well. This also means World of Warcraft fans will be able to interact with the streamers and assist them in leveling up.

Next, the scavenger hunt will have players complete a series of tasks. Each of the four teams will consist of a contestant plus four additional players. Each team will get an hour to complete as many tasks as possible. World of Warcraft fans who are interested in participating have until Aug. 15 at 2 p.m. ET to sign up for a spot. Interested participants are also encouraged to join the event’s Discord server.

Lastly, the race through Azeroth will involve non-flying mounts. Contestants will gather at a starting point and head to various checkpoints before reaching the finish line. Much like the scavenger hunt from earlier, players can sign up for this event as well.

As for the prizes, they will involve in-game rewards like game time, pets and mounts; additionally, some players will receive “special surprises” throughout the broadcast. This inaugural World of Warcraft Variety Show will be limited to players from North America, and all the rules and eligibility requirements can be found in the official ruleset.
