East Blackfell Junction Exploration guide — Once Human

If you don’t like spiders, you’re going to hate the exploration at East Blackfell Junction. There are plenty of them, and even a ghost spider boss that you’ll be facing. Overall, however, this exploration is pretty easy, so let’s go over where to find all the weapons and armor crates, and — of course — where to find the Mystical Crate at East Blackfell Junction.

Weapon and armor crate locations at East Blackfell Junction

East Blackfell Junction is split into three sections, the western section (where the Rift Anchor is), the central section, and the eastern section with the houses. There are also a few houses to the south.

Your first Weapon crate is pretty easy to find, and it’s in the central section behind a large building. Check the southern corner of the building to find a weapon crate. It’s right by the broken yellow taxi against the wall of the building.

Heading into the western section where the rift anchor is, you’ll find an elite enemy in front of the red-brick building. He went down pretty easily.

There are a few storage crates inside both the buildings in the western and central sections, so grab those if you wish, and then it’s time to head to the hospital. You might want to complete the first part of the quest before you do though, since the rest of it is at the hospital.

Hidden Mystical Crate at East Blackfell Junction

There’s also a hidden Mystical Crate here, and you know the drill by now. Follow the purple glowy things, and get the Mystical crate at the end. The first purple orb is to the west of the parking lot near the hedgerows.

Where is the Mystical Crate at East Blackfell Junction?

To find your next gear crate and the Mystical Crate, you’ll need to head to the top floor of the hospital (opposite the parking structure). You’ll find a door that’s partially blocked and it looks like you can’t get through, but you can if you jump onto the beds and crouch through the door way.

Grab the storage chests here and when you’re satisfied, head up onto the roof via the stairs. Up here, you’ll find both a gear crate and the Mystical Crate.

Additional Crates at East Blackfell Junction

If you still have ammo and health, there are more materials in the houses to the south. There are also some warehouses behind the houses, and the western-most warehouse contains a storage crate. The next warehouse over has a gear crate inside.

The next warehouse also contains a storage create. Near this warehouse, you’ll find a small white building – ignore it. There’s absolutely nothing down there (it’s probably for a quest at the area).

The row of houses contains some materials and two storage crates. There’s one storage crate in the pale green house beside the white house (the green one nearer to the hospital). The white house also has a storage crate inside.
