Buy a Razor Claw from the Delibird Presents shop
Along with plenty of evolution-focused held items, a Razor Claw can be bought from the Delibird Presents shop. This blue and red shop has a key location in Mesagoza and has plenty of useful things for Pokémon trainers. But, the shop will get more items as you progress in your path to Champion.
A Razor Claw is a key item to involve the Pokémon Sneasel into Weavile. To do so, you’ll need your Sneasel to hold a Razor Claw and level up at nighttime. Luckily enough, with the day/night cycle in the game going faster than in the real world, it’s not as hard to evolve it as in previous generations.
To get a Razor Claw, you need to have at least four badges from Paldea. After that, it will appear in the Delibird Presents shop for 15,000 Poké.
A tougher way is through the Porto Marinada shop
Not only is Delibird Presents the easiest way, but also the only set location in the game. Like many rare items in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, there is a chance that you can get a Razor Claw from the Porto Marinada market.
The market changes from time to time, randomly offering items at auction. So, if you really want to get one before winning four badges, that’s your best bet in Scarlet and Violet.
