Let’s look at both A-site attack and defense wall and smoke spots. Thanks to how tight of a map Bind is, you can get a lot done for both offense and defense starting near A-site.

A-site attack wall and smoke spots

First off, for the attack side, splitting the site in two is crucial to getting a safe plant down. That is exactly what this wall does, cutting off multiple angles your enemies could be.

As usual, Viper wall takes up a lot of her smokes, as it only lasts a limited time. So, when the wall drops, use this smoke spot to continue to hold the spot and use less smoke.

A-site defense wall and smoke spots

As for defense, there are two key wall options. The first is strong for both A-site defense and B-site defense, requiring a specific line-up. When on A-site, go to these two boxes near the A-main choke and throw your wall at this spot.

You can see on the minimap that this wall covers A-main, hooka and B-long. This slows down rushes at three of the four chokes on the entire map. The other good wall covers just A-site.

As for defensive smokes, the best one is one that can combo with the first wall, giving Viper smokes on all entrances.

As for B-site, the attack has two options, but neither are the same as splitting the site on A. The best bet is to give your allies a cleaner entry from hooka while having a strong wall for post-plant.

As for smoke spots, the best one to combo with the above wall is one to block off the left area of the site.

B-site defense wall and smoke spots

If you want to cover both areas, you can use the same defense wall I used above, through the teleporter, to wall off the B site chokes from A. However, if you want to make going through hooka a pain, here is another great option.

Not only does it cover both entrances, but enemies have to clear three angles before even getting onto site. Plus, if you add the smoke below, that’s four.

Asides from smoking off the other entrance to the bottom-left, that’s the best you can do as a Viper for smokes on B-site defense.
