The Week 11 Epic Quests in Fortnite Chapter 2 – Season 7 have a common trend among the seven challenges. That trend is Alien Parasites, as four of the seven challenges involve the annoying extra-terrestrial creatures. Epic Games appears to be placing a large focus on the parasites, maybe before they disappear in Season 8. This would make sense for one of the Week 11 tasks, as players need to dance with one alien parasite at one of three POIs in Fortnite.

This is certainly a strange challenge, but players have faced weirder ones in Season 7. Still, it can be a little confusing as to how to actually dance with an Alien Parasite. This guide will show players how to complete this Epic Quest with ease.

The basis of this challenge is to first get infected by an Alien Parasite. To do that, players need to find one and have it attach to their heads. The Parasite will attack the player once they get close, so there’s not much to do here. Alien Parasites hatch from eggs, so players can visit a POI like Holly Hatchery that holds a plethora of these eggs.

Once the Parasite is located and attached to the player’s head, all they need to do is hit the emote keybind. Players can pick a specific emote if they want, but any of them will work. After a few seconds, players can stop dancing, as the challenge is then complete. The user is awarded 30,000 XP for their Season 7 Battle Pass as a result.

To get rid of the Alien Parasite afterward, players can find a body of water, hop in for a swim and the creature will detach. Going swimming with a Parasite is another Week 11 Epic Quest though, so this is an ideal place to do both.
