Season 4 of Call of Duty DMZ introduced a plethora of content for fans to consume. There is the new Phalanx faction, the entirety of the Vondel map to explore, and fresh missions to take on for the existing factions in DMZ. Those revamped faction missions can be a bit tricky, though, as many players have already discovered.
One of them, called Tactique Verte Testing, is a mission for Crown that has been throwing DMZ players for a loop.
The mission’s objective is simple: kill six enemies at 25 meters or more with weapons of the Tactique Verte weapon platform. While this mission sounds simple enough, it gets more difficult if you are unsure what weapons qualify as Tactique Verte.
In this guide, I will explain all of the existing Tactique Verte weapons in DMZ along with which one will work best for this specific mission.
Tactique Verte weapons in DMZ
The Tactique Verte weapon platform only has three choices for players: the TAQ-56, TAQ-V, and TAQ-M. The TAQ-56 is an assault rifle, the TAQ-V a battle rifle, and the TAQ-M a marksman rifle.
If you have played any Warzone or Modern Warfare 2, then you will know just how strong the TAQ-56 assault rifle is. It’s the current meta choice for MW2 multiplayer and a strong weapon in Warzone as well. In DMZ, it’s just as strong and most players will find success while using it to kill enemies beyond 25 meters.
However, if you don’t happen to have a TAQ-56 in your inventory, then I would recommend using the TAQ-V over the TAQ-M. The TAQ-V is basically the TAQ-56 but it hits harder and has less ammunition. Of course, if you don’t have any of these weapons, then you’ll either need to find it in DMZ by looting, purchasing one, or picking it up off a dead body.
Then, you need to find a location with plenty of AI enemies that are far enough away for the kills to count toward the Tactique Verte Testing mission.
