CoD world champion Parasite designs the best Volk loadout in Vanguard

One of the top ARs in Vanguard so far

The Volk is one of five assault rifles in the Call of Duty: Vanguard beta. Some fans don’t even know it exists yet, since it’s the last AR unlocked at level 30. Naturally, since many players don’t have it leveled, they have no insight into what to equip on its loadout once they do start ranking it up. Luckily, one dedicated player, Chris “Parasite” Duarte, has crafted what looks to be the best Volk loadout in Vanguard.

Like the STG44, the Volk is a balanced rifle that has a decent fire rate and damage range. It varies from the STG44 in that it doesn’t quite have the same mobility, meaning it is better served at medium to longer ranges. This is reflected in its loadout, as no mobility attachments are in use. The full loadout for the Volk is below.

Parasite’s best Volk loadout in Vanguard

This loadout was crafted by Call of Duty professional and former world champion Parasite. He decided to craft the Volk into the definitive long-range assault rifle in Vanguard by equipping accuracy-boosting attachments in lieu of mobility attachments. While this hinders the Volk in close range, it makes it a laser beam beyond 15 meters.

  • Muzzle: G28 Compensator
  • Barrel: Krausnick 428MM 05V
  • Underbarrel: Carver Foregrip
  • Ammo Type: Subsonic
  • Rear Grip: Rubber Grip
  • Proficiency: Pressure
  • Kit: Reach

As players will note, there are a few attachment slots missing from this loadout. Parasite specifies that this was on purpose, as some attachments harm the weapon’s loadout more than they help. However, if players want to change something up, they can equip an optic like the Slate Reflector.

For the most part, though, this loadout turns the Volk into a long-range beast in Vanguard. It has increased firepower and accuracy overall and only sacrifices some speed, which is perfect for this particular loadout.
