The most important EMEA qualifier, Challengers Playoffs, is kicking off on Thursday, Aug. 12. This event will see 12 teams from three different regions come together to compete for four spots at the VALORANT Champions Tour Masters Berlin. While Fnatic managed a dream run at Masters Reykjavík, they fell short at Stage 3 Challengers 2 and will not be attending Berlin.
EMEA Playoffs preview
This week, Fnatic’s Coach Jacob “mini” Harris joined Upcomer’s Yinsu Collins and Tyler “Fionn” Erzberger for Showstopper. He revealed why his team couldn’t make it further in Europe and broke down some of the lessons he’s learned since giving up his day job to pursue esports full-time.
But, most importantly, for this week’s Playoffs Special, Yinsu, Fionn and mini looked ahead to the qualification tournament and made some bullish predictions on which teams will come out on top, as well as which players to watch out for. It’s a must-watch for any VALORANT fans who want to gain deeper insight on the upcoming EMEA Challengers Playoffs.
