Top 5 Hearthstone: Rastakhan’s Rumble cards

It’s expansion day for Hearthstone fans and we are all ready to open some packs and play some games. These are our picks for the most exciting cards in Rastakhan’s Rumble.

1. Oondasta

Oondasta is by far regarded as the best legendary of the entire expansion. Fitting nicely into the dominating Deathrattle Hunter deck, and having the potential to be played in something like Beast Druid as well, this card is going be the star of one of the meta-defining decks.

2. Zul’Jin

Zul’Jin will allow for Spell Hunter to return into the meta. It will take some time to find the right set of spells you will want to include in your Spell Hunter deck, however. The tools are there. Now it’s up to us to assemble the build that will be competitive enough.

3. Mass Hysteria

Mass Hysteria might be the strongest removal tool Priest has gotten to date. It fits perfectly into the important 5-Mana slot that has historically been a weak point. We hope this card will allow for the return of Control Priest of some kind. Time will tell.

4. Jan’alai, the Dragonhawk

Jan’alai, the Dragonhawk is one of the most unique cards Team 5 has created to date, returning Ragnaros the Firelord into the standard, and opening the way for a new type of aggressive Mage deck. On that front, many players have speculated about the possibility of an Odd Mage deck of some sort.

5. High Priest Thekal

High Priest Thekal is the key to Heal Paladin, an archetype Blizzard has tried to create since the early days of Hearthstone. With this tool, and the Paladin Loa Shirvallah the Tiger, it might finally happen.
