The Grand Finals format

After the playoffs conclude, players from the advancing four teams will travel to Asia for the Grand Finals to play on the same server (this is subject to change if travel is deemed unsafe). The games will begin on Thursday, October 8, where Asia’s second seed will play North America’s first seed, and North America’s first seed will play Asia’s second seed. The first match will begin at 4 am PT and the second match will follow.

On Friday, the loser of game one will play against the loser of game two at 2 am PT. After that, the winner of game one will play against the winner of game two, and then the loser of game four will play against the winner of game three.

On Saturday, the finals will be held, which will be the winner of game four against the winner of game five. It will take place at 6 am PT. The finals winner will take home $1.5 million and the championship trophy. The second, third, and fourth place teams will get $750,000, $450,000, and $350,000 respectively.

In addition to the Grand Finals, the OWL will host their 2020 All-Stars event on the weekend of October 3. The All-Star events will include:
