The Whitley LMG is one of two weapons included with the Season 2 update in Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific. While this weapon and the KG M40 are locked behind certain tiers of the Battle Pass, it won’t take too much time to unlock them. Once you do, you will have two new powerful guns at your disposal in both Vanguard and Warzone. But the Whitley will need some help with its loadout, especially in Warzone Pacific.
Compared to other Vanguard light machine guns in Warzone Pacific, the Whitley has arguably the best damage in its class. However, it’s extremely slow and might cost you your life in a close-up engagement. For this reason, you want to use the Whitley and its recommended loadout at long-range gunfights to ensure you can stay alive no matter the situation.
Best Whitley LMG loadout in Warzone Pacific Season 2
The Whitley LMG has the best damage per shot out of all Vanguard LMGs in Warzone. This can lead to some extremely fast kills, especially medium to long-range. But, in order to make the most out of the Whitley, you will need some help on the recoil control front. Without it, your shots might be bouncing all over the screen.
- Muzzle:Â Mercury Silencer
- Barrel: 28″ Gracey Mk. 9
- Optic:Â Slate Reflector
- Stock:Â CGC R4
- Underbarrel:Â M1930 Strife Angled
- Magazine:Â .30-06 120 Round Boxes
- Ammo Type:Â Lengthened
- Rear Grip:Â Polymer Grip
- Perk:Â Hardscope
- Perk 2:Â Fully Loaded
The loadout begins with the Mercury Silencer, 28″ Gracey Mk. 9 barrel, CGC R4 stock and M1930 Strife Angled to greatly improve recoil control and accuracy. The Polymer Grip also slightly helps in this department but adds some extra flinch resistance as well. Lengthened increases bullet velocity, which was also increased with the 28″ Gracey Mk. 9 barrel, to make shots hit their target a little faster.
The list of attachments concludes with the Hardscope perk to improve initial accuracy and the .30-106 120 Round Boxes magazine to ensure you’re not reloading too much. If used correctly, this Whitley LMG loadout has the potential to be one of the most-used weapons in Warzone Pacific Season 2.
