Season 4 of Call of Duty: Warzone features a wide variety of submachine guns to use. From the ever-dominant MP40 to the new Marco-5, there is no shortage of SMGs that can dominate in close to medium-range gunfights. However, as with any season, there are some weapons in the class that are being overlooked. One such weapon is the Type 100 from Vanguard. The Type 100 features a Warzone loadout that can shred opponents in close range thanks to its blazing-fast fire rate and high damage output.
Earlier this year, the Type 100 came on strong after a series of updates buffed its overall stats in Warzone. For a brief time, it even challenged the incumbent MP40 for dominance in the SMG meta. While this didn’t last long, the Type 100 is still one of the best SMGs players can use in Season 4 of Warzone. It’s more suited to a map like Fortune’s Keep or Rebirth Island due to its high fire rate but it can serve as a solid secondary weapon for any loadout.
Best Type 100 loadout in Warzone
As of right now, the Type 100 sits behind SMGs like the Marco-5, MP40 and H4 Blixen in the meta. However, for strictly close-range engagements, the Type 100 might just be the best pick for players. This is amplified when using the Type 100’s best loadout, as fire rate, recoil control and mobility are all heavily boosted.

The Acrobatic and Quick perks along with the Warubachi Grip Folding stock provide a boost to mobility while the M1941 Hand Stop and Polymer Grip improve overall recoil control and flinch resistance. This Type 100 loadout in Warzone might not be the most popular but it can certainly be a top choice in Season 4.
