The best QBZ 83 loadout in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 Reloaded

One of the new possible ARs in the meta

Raven Software made it a point to fully tune the assault rifle category in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 Reloaded. The developers called it the “biggest balance update in the game’s history,” and the ARs were at the center of that balance. One of the few ARs that was not tuned back was the QBZ 83, which got quite the buff instead.

The meta in Season 4 of Warzone is perhaps the most diverse the community’s seen in some time. There are a huge variety of viable weapons and the QBZ 83 was just added to that list. While it was a fine weapon prior to Season 4 Reloaded, it’s now amongst the best ARs to use in Verdansk. Of course, it’s made even stronger with the right loadout behind it.

The QBZ 83 received both a buff and nerf in Season 4 Reloaded. However, the buff is more eye-catching and pertinent to Warzone. It sees a minimum damage increase for the gun along with boosted damage multipliers to the upper and lower body. The nerf was to movement and ADS speed, which aren’t too important for a rifle.

  • Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
  • Barrel: 15.5″ Task Force
  • Optic: Axial Arms 3x
  • Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip
  • Ammunition: 45 Rnd Drum

To further increase the QBZ’s new and improved damage profile, the Agency Suppressor and Task Force barrel are in place. Both provide a boost to damage range along with an increase in bullet velocity. Moving on, the Field Agent Grip ensures the weapon won’t have much recoil when firing, reducing both horizontal and vertical recoil.

The last two aspects of the loadout are the magazine and optic. For ammunition, the 45 Rnd Drum is equipped, as it doesn’t carry much of a downside. As for the optic, the Axial Arms 3x is a great choice for a rifle, making medium-long range gunfights more bearable when aiming down sights. This QBZ 83 loadout in Warzone might just make its way into the Season 4 meta.
